FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Braintree Nursing Home Care Assistant, you’ll support 44-bed nursing/residential residents through personal care, daily activities, and team collaboration maintaining dignity/individuality across day/night shifts while accessing paid NVQ training, free DBS, uniform, and visa sponsorship within established Essex provider offering progression opportunities and comprehensive employee benefits.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Assist personal care maintaining resident dignity/individuality.

• Participate in general nursing home activities + team care.

• Support daily living needs across 44-bed facility.

• Work collaboratively achieving required care standards.

Work Schedule

12-hour shifts: 8am-8pm, 2pm-8pm, 8pm-8am (Mon-Sun).

Full-time 36hrs/week or part-time 24hrs/week available.

Weekend availability required.

You Will Have 

• 1 year Care Assistant experience (preferred).

• Relevant vocational qualification (desired).

• Elderly/dementia care experience advantageous.

• Local Braintree area residency preferred.

• Team player willing for vocational training.

• Weekend + flexible day/night shift capability.
