Salary: £39,152 – £47,181 + 15% attraction/retention (£45k-£54k total)

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Level 2 Social Worker within Lincolnshire’s Outstanding Ofsted-rated FAST Teams, you’ll manage complex children’s caseloads using Signs of Safety restorative practice assessing needs, developing support plans, leading reviews, mentoring colleagues/students, and delivering child-centred outcomes across picturesque Louth/Horncastle while enjoying 15% retention premium, hybrid working, and up to £8k relocation support.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Assess social care needs + develop comprehensive support plans.
• Manage complex caseloads providing continuity/stability for families.
• Mentor colleagues + supervise social work students.
• Lead case reviews using Signs of Safety methodology.
Work Schedule
Hybrid: 3 days on-site, flexible remote working.
Nine-day fortnight option available.
Louth/Horncastle market towns (Wolds countryside location).
You Will Have
• Child-centred assessment/intervention expertise.
• Mentoring/coaching less experienced practitioners.
• Practice Educator potential (training provided).
Requirements
• Experienced Social Worker with complex caseload management.
• Signs of Safety/restorative practice understanding.
• UK professional registration + DBS clearance.
