FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Female Support Worker with CQC-registered Personalised Virtual Employee Ltd in Chelmsford, you’ll deliver person-centred supported living care promoting independence/dignity/choice through personal care, daily living support (meals, medication prompts, appointments, community access), and lone working (risk-assessed) across stable planned rotas within approachable management team prioritising staff wellbeing, realistic workloads, and quality of life focus.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Support individuals in supported living accommodation.
• Promote independence, dignity, personal choice.
• Provide personal care + daily living assistance.
• Follow individual care/support plans accurately.
• Lone working where risk-assessed/appropriate.

Work Schedule

35-45 hours per week guaranteed hours.

Stable, planned rotas with shift pick-up option.

You Will Have

• Supported living/learning disabilities/mental health experience.
• Person-centred care delivery understanding.
• Community access/appointments support capability.
• Local Chelmsford knowledge advantageous.

Requirements

• Female Support Worker (occupational requirement).
• UK Right to Work (no sponsorship available).
• Reliable, patient, compassionate nature essential.
