FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Community Care and Support Worker with Care Select, you’ll deliver personalised home care across Chester promoting client independence through daily living assistance, personal care, meal preparation, medication management, companionship, and safe transportation to appointments while maintaining accurate IT care records and following individual care plans within health/safety protocols. This flexible full/part-time role requires drivers with UK licence and own transport(mandatory), offering paid training for care home/home care newcomers, company pension, store discounts, and UK visa sponsorship for eligible candidates passionate about supporting diverse vulnerable clients through compassionate, professional service.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Assist daily living: personal care, meal prep, medication management.

• Support mobility, household tasks promoting client independence.

• Drive clients to appointments/social activities safely.

• Maintain IT care records, report condition changes accurately.

• Provide companionship fostering positive environments.

Work Schedule

Full-time/part-time flexible shifts.

Maximum 48 hours per week.

Evenings/weekends availability if required.

On-the-road community care across Chester area.

You Will Have 

• Strong IT skills for care documentation/communication.

• Excellent rapport-building with diverse client backgrounds.

• Compassionate nature supporting vulnerable individuals.

• Independent worker following care plans accurately.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence + own reliable vehicle(MANDATORY).

• English communication (verbal/written) proficiency.

• Flexibility for various shifts including evenings/weekends.

• UK work eligibility (visa sponsorship available).
