FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Care Assistant at Nazareth Care Home, you’ll deliver high-standard personal care supporting residents with washing, dressing, daily living activities, health monitoring, and emotional support while participating in care plan development, family liaison, and team collaboration within this established London W6 charitable trust care home. This rewarding role emphasises patience, kindness, and dignity preservation for residents from diverse backgrounds, offering full training including S/NVQ Level 2 pathway, free DBS, and comprehensive wellbeing support for caring team players committed to person-centred elderly care excellence.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with personal care: washing, dressing, daily living.

• Monitor health needs liaising with senior staff appropriately.

• Support families/friends offering professional emotional care.

• Contribute to care plan preparation/review per resident preferences.

• Maintain resident dignity, individuality, and high care standards.

Work Schedule

Full-time/part-time opportunities available.

Standard care home shift patterns.

London W6 Hammersmith location with free onsite parking.
