FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team and support the full employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering a high-quality HR service.
As an HR Assistant, you will provide vital administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, payroll processes, HR systems, reporting, and employee lifecycle activities. You will also serve as a key point of contact for staff, ensuring HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Provide administrative support for recruitment and onboarding processes
• Assist with payroll administration and HR systems management
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
• Support employee lifecycle processes
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from staff
• Ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently and confidentially
Work Schedule
Full-time position
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
You will have:
• Previous administrative experience (ideally within HR)
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build positive working relationships
• Strong customer service approach
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
Compensation
Up to £30,000 per year
