FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Auriens Group, in partnership with Draycott Nursing & Care, is seeking a compassionate Care Support Professional to join the salaried care team at Auriens Chelsea. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents living in their private apartments, supporting them to live safely, comfortably, and independently.

The role also involves working as part of the Auriens Night Concierge team, welcoming residents and visitors while responding to scheduled and emergency care needs. This full-time role involves working an average of 40.25 hours per week on a rota including day and night shifts.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Provide scheduled care visits to residents within their apartments.

• Respond to resident requests for support across the Auriensbuilding.

• Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.

• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report any concerns.

• Maintain accurate care records and follow company policies and procedures.

• Respond promptly to urgent situations such as falls, illness, or emergency calls.

Work Schedule:
12-hour shifts (Day and Night shifts on a rota basis)

Requirements

• Care Certificate

• Moving & Handling training

• Basic Life Support certification

• First Aid training

• Desirable:

• Basic clinical skills

Training

Full induction and ongoing training will be provided.
