Support Worker – Woodlane Lodge, Headingley (Leeds)
We are currently looking to grow our dedicated team of Support Workers at our fantastic service Woodlane Lodge, located in Headingley, Leeds.
Woodlane Lodge is a large detached property situated on a quiet residential street within easy walking distance of the village and just a 15-minute drive from Leeds City Centre.
Pay & Hours
- £12.35 per hour
- Full-time or part-time available (36–48 hours)
- Shift pattern: 8am–8pm, 4 days on / 3 days off on a rolling rota including weekends

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a friendly and motivated team providing person-centred support to adults with:
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Mental health needs
- Complex behaviours
Your role will be to help individuals live as independently as possible, supporting them with daily activities and encouraging participation in community life.
No previous experience is required – full training will be provided. We are looking for people who are compassionate, reliable, and motivated to make a positive difference.
Responsibilities
Your duties may include:
- Supporting residents with daily living activities
- Monitoring and administering medication
- Assistance with mobility and personal care
- Food preparation and light household tasks
- Supporting residents with shopping and community activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Recording and communicating important information with colleagues
No two days are the same. Residents enjoy a range of activities including seaside trips, bowling, pub lunches, and group outings.
