Whether you’re experienced in care or brand new to the sector, we’ll provide full training, shadowing, and ongoing support to help you thrive.

Duties

• You’ll be making a real difference every day by supporting people with:
• Personal care delivered with dignity and respect

Every visit matters. Every small act of kindness counts.

• Meal preparation and daily living support
• Medication prompts
• Companionship and emotional support
• Light domestic tasks
• Encouraging independence and wellbeing

Requirements

• Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care settings preferred
• Knowledge of patient care techniques including medication administration and first aid certification is advantageous
• Experience in dementia or Alzheimer’s care is highly desirable
• Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility support
• Valid driving licence for transportation duties
• Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently whilst following care plans closely
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if required
• A recognised qualification in caregiving or related fields is beneficial but not essential
