Whether you’re experienced in care or brand new to the sector, we’ll provide full training, shadowing, and ongoing support to help you thrive.

-  £13.50 per hour – depending on experience there are higher rates of pay from £14 per hour.

Duties
- You’ll be making a real difference every day by supporting people with:
- Personal care delivered with dignity and respect
Every visit matters. Every small act of kindness counts.
- Meal preparation and daily living support
- Medication prompts
- Companionship and emotional support
- Light domestic tasks
- Encouraging independence and wellbeing
Requirements
- Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care settings preferred
- Knowledge of patient care techniques including medication administration and first aid certification is advantageous
- Experience in dementia or Alzheimer’s care is highly desirable
- Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility support
- Valid driving licence for transportation duties
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently whilst following care plans closely
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if required
- A recognised qualification in caregiving or related fields is beneficial but not essential
