About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications aligned with business and technical requirements.

The role involves leading technical delivery across backend systems, APIs, and cloud-based solutions, while collaborating closely with solution architects and designers to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications in line with business and technical requirements
• Produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices
• Lead and contribute to the development and integration of APIs, backend services, and cloud-based solutions
• Support cloud deployment activities and operational stability
• Collaborate with solution architects and designers in the design, development, and demonstration of new computer systems
• Participate in and oversee code reviews, debugging, and performance optimisation
• Ensure scalable, secure, and reliable software delivery
• Provide technical guidance to team members to maintain engineering quality
• Travel internationally when required based on project needs

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in software development (Java, Python, C++, or similar)
• Strong experience with backend systems and RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Git
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead technically while contributing hands-on
• Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid working model (remote and on-site)
• On-site presence required based on project demands
