Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity at all times
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming, according to individual care plans
- Support clients with mobility needs
- Prepare and serve meals, supporting clients with eating and drinking where required
- Administer or assist with medication in line with care plans and company policies
- Carry out household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment
- Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality procedures
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to deliver person-centred care

- Full UK Driving License is an asset / Walkers also welcome
