FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Due to the needs of the service, this post is only open to female applicants (as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010).
Main purpose of the role:
● As a Care and Support Worker, you will help people with learning disabilities live more independently and enjoy everyday life – empowering each person to make their own choices and live the life they want.
● You will support people with learning disabilities with any spiritual choices they make, join them in activities they enjoy, and provide help both at home and out in the community.
● This may include accompanying them to appointments, events, or places of worship. This is a truly rewarding role that makes a real difference and gives you a deeper appreciation for life.
