FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
About the role
Successful applicant will be working with three adults with learning disability, autism and behaviours that challenges. Working within a team and supporting customers with all aspects of support and care: record keeping, personal care, support when eating, food preparation, managing behaviour, health and safety, fire safety, supporting independence, supporting with activities and daily living skills, medication administration, maintaining care plans, sound time keeping, completion of all mandatory training.
These customers are non verbal and are capable of displaying behaviours that challenges others
