FULL JOB DESCRIPTION 

Overview

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support our growing distribution and online fulfilment operations.

The role requires individuals who can follow efficient processes, adapt to varying tasks, and work both independently and as part of a team to help maintain business performance targets.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

● Picking and packing orders for wholesale distribution and online orders

● Sorting and placing stock onto racks and shelves

● Collecting items throughout the warehouse and preparing orders for dispatch or customer collection

● Completing orders accurately and in line with delivery schedules

● Carrying out inventory control using scanners and/or computer systems

● Stock counting and location checks

● Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times

● Adhering to health and safety procedures and warehouse policies

Manual Handling Requirements

This role involves a significant amount of manual handling, including:

● Bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching, and lifting

● Handling stock of varying sizes and weights

A good level of physical fitness and mobility is essential to perform duties safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

● Good attention to detail

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

● Forklift driving experience (minimum 1 year preferred)

Schedule

● Monday to Friday

● Weekend availability required
