Head Chef – Country Pub – South Wales

Our client operates a Country Pub operation in South Wales and are currently recruiting for a Head Chef.

Must proven experience working within a Pub / Restaurant operation. The property produces good quality food using locally sourced fresh produce.

The requirements for the position are:

• Minimum of 2/3 years experience as a Head Chef within a Pub / Restaurant operation.
• Proven leadership skills
• Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
• Creating and designing Restaurant, Bar menus, including developing new dishes and recipes, ensuring variety and quality.
