Role Summary:
Proservartner is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) Transformation to support large-scale finance transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work on redesigning, standardising, and optimising AR processes, supporting ERP-led transformations (Oracle or SAP), and enabling improved cash flow, controls, and customer experience. Acting as the bridge between business, finance operations, and technology teams, the BA will translate business requirements into scalable process and system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Transformation
● Lead current-state assessment of end-to-end AR processes (Billing, Credit, Collections, Cash Application, Disputes)
● Design future-state AR processes aligned with best practices and target operating models
● Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities
● Support AR standardisation across geographies, business units, or entities
● Define AR KPIs and performance measurement frameworks (DSO, CEI, Past Due %, etc)
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
● Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for AR transformation initiatives
● Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows
● Develop process documentation including SIPOCs, detailed process maps, RACI, and control matrices
● Facilitate design workshops and stakeholder walkthroughs
ERP & Systems Enablement (Oracle / SAP)
● Collaborate with Oracle and/or SAP functional teams on AR module implementations or enhancements
● Support configuration design for Billing and Invoicing, Credit Management, Cash Application, and Dispute Management
● Validate system design against business requirements
● Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering
● Act as a trusted advisor to Finance Operations, Shared Services, and Business teams
● Coordinate with IT, Data, Reporting, and Change teams
● Communicate complex process and system concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Change, Testing & Deployment Support
● Support impact assessments and change readiness activities
● Assist in training material development and knowledge transfer
● Support go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilisation
● Drive continuous improvement post-transformation
Required Skills & Experience:
Functional & Domain Expertise
● 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience with strong exposure to finance transformation programmes
● Deep understanding of end-to-end AR processes, controls, compliance, and audit requirements
● Experience in Shared Services / GBS / BPO environments preferred
Systems & Tools
● Hands-on experience with Oracle (EBS / Fusion) and/or SAP (ECC / S/4HANA) AR modules
● Expert in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
● Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics) is a plus

● Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and process modelling skills
● Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Soft Skills
● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
● Structured, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused mindset
● Comfortable engaging with senior finance and business leaders
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
● Experience with automation tools (RPA, OCR, AI-based cash application)
● Exposure to Order-to-Cash transformation beyond AR
● Experience in multi-country or global rollouts
● Consulting or Transformation programme experience
Experience:
