FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
● Conduct functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing.
● Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
● Work closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
● Review functional and technical requirements to develop appropriate test scenarios and validation strategies.
● Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile/Scrum team.
● Ensure that testing activities are carried out in accordance with defined standards and processes.
● Prepare test documentation, test reports, and quality assurance artefacts in line with SDLC standards.
