 What about the job?

• You’d be helping adults with learning disabilities live safe, comfortable, enjoyable lives at a rural centre in the Bridge of Weir area.
• Along with the usual care responsibilities, you’ll be helping with social activities and care planning, but above all it’s about being there for the fantastic people we support
• You’ll need at least some care experience, gained with adults with learning disabilities, and you’ll likely be using manual handling equipment (we’ll train you if not).
• On the subject of training, we’re an SQA approved provider and will help you develop your skills.
• As for pay, we’re a living wage employer. You’ll have a reliable income and there are always opportunities to increase your shifts if you want to top up.
