FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Prime & Passionate Healthcare Ltd is a CQC-registered care provider delivering high-quality domiciliary and supported living services across South East London and Kent. We are currently recruiting compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to support adults in their own homes to live safely, independently, and with dignity.

This is an in-person role providing regulated personal care and practical support within the community.

Key Responsibilities

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will:

â—Ź Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, toileting, continence care, and mobility support

â—Ź Support service users with medication in line with MAR charts, care plans, and company medication policy

â—Ź Assist with meal preparation, hydration, and nutrition monitoring

â—Ź Support with household tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, and shopping

â—Ź Promote independence, dignity, choice, and person-centred care

â—Ź Observe, record, and report any changes in health, behaviour, or wellbeing

â—Ź Maintain accurate daily care records using digital systems (e.g. Nursebuddy/CareLine Live)

â—Ź Follow individual care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures

â—Ź Work in line with CQC Fundamental Standards and company policies

â—Ź Communicate effectively with service users, families, and the management team

â—Ź Attend mandatory training, supervision, and team meetings

About You (Person Specification)

Essential:

â—Ź A caring, patient, and respectful approach to supporting vulnerable adults

â—Ź Good written and spoken English

â—Ź Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

â—Ź Commitment to safe practice, confidentiality, and safeguarding

â—Ź Willingness to undertake enhanced DBS checks and mandatory training

Desirable:

â—Ź Previous experience in domiciliary care, home care, or supported living

â—Ź NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)

â—Ź Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, dementia, or physical disabilities

â—Ź Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential, depending on rota area)
