Teacher of Physical Education – September 2026 – Enfield

Contract: Permanent, full-time

A highly regarded secondary school in Enfield is looking to appoint a dynamic and committed Teacher of Physical Education from September 2026. The successful candidate will:

• Teach Physical Education across KS3 and KS4(KS5 opportunities may be available)
• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive and well-structured lessons
• Promote participation, resilience and positive attitudes to physical activity
• Support students of all abilities to achieve and enjoy success
• Contribute to extracurricular sport and wider school life
• Work collaboratively within the department and across the school

Who We’re Looking For

This role would suit a teacher who:

• Holds QTS (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
• Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for PE and sport
• Builds positive relationships and sets high expectations
• Is organised, reflective and committed to continuous improvement
• Values teamwork, wellbeing and a balanced workload
