About the Role: As a Senior Shift Worker, you will play a crucial role in:

• Leading and supervising a small team of Residential Support Workers.
• Ensuring high quality care and a nurturing environment for the young people with complex needs.
• Managing risk assessments, attending LAC and PEP reviews, and supporting the Home Manager with audits and compliance.

Who We’re Looking For: Are you ready to rise to a leadership challenge? We invite you to apply if you have:

• A minimum of 12 months experience in a residential childcare setting.
• An NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or a commitment to achieve it).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team.
• A solid understanding of safeguarding and behaviour support.

• working in a residential childcare setting.: 1 year (preferred)
