About Us:
Minariel Tutors provides neurodiversity-friendly academic support to GCSE students. We are expanding our 1:1 and group accountability services for students with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and anxiety.
Role Overview:
You will help students stay focused by running structured online “body doubling” sessions using simple routines (Pomodoro cycles, task setting, gentle accountability).
Responsibilities:
- Run 1:1 online study sessions
- Help students set tasks and break work into steps
- Provide encouragement and accountability
- Maintain calm, supportive communication
- Log brief notes after each session
Requirements:
- Calm, friendly communication
- Good organisational skills
- Experience with young people helpful but not essential
- Interest in neurodiversity
- Reliable internet connection
