We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our supported living service. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an individual with:
- At least 1 years’ experience supporting adults with autism and/or learning disabilities.
- A caring, patient, and professional approach.
- A willingness to work as part of a team and provide high-quality person-centred care.
- A Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
- The right to work in the United Kingdom (required).
Your Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Support individuals in developing independent living skills.
- Provide personalised care within the home.
- Assist with personal care and daily routines.
- Encourage and facilitate leisure activities and exploration.
- Deliver effective behavioural support.
- Support with shopping and other essential tasks.
