FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
MAIN DUTIES
Sampling and testing of all Raw Materials / Work in Progress and Finished Goods.
Documentation checking and completion for all Raw Materials, Finished Goods and Works Orders including all CCP’s are signed off.
Internal auditing of all pre requisites. Including pest control, glass and plastic, monthly GMP audits and metal detection
Carrying out environmental testing – water, swabbing, allergens and results.
Assisting Technical Manager with:
HACCP procedures and controls including checking, monitoring and assisting with implementing changes when required.
Quality Auditing – Traceability tests and annual recall test.
Quality Manual – Updating and document control of all systems, procedures and policies.
Ensuring all required information is received from suppliers in line with current legal and BRC requirements.
Ensuring all required information for Halal and Kosher Accreditation.
Ensuring customers receive all required technical information including questionnaires, specifications and certificates of analysis.
Monitoring complaints, customer and suppliers and keeping complaints database up to date.
Attending monthly meetings and reporting of supplier, internal (Including GMP) and customer complaints.
Managing supplier approval systems and raw material risks database.
