As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our Finance Operations team.

About the role
As a Finance Assistant, you’ll help ensure our nationwide adviser network receives accurate and timely commission payments. You’ll be responsible for reviewing financial information, entering commission statements into our internal systems, and supporting advisers with clear, helpful responses to their queries. Your work will contribute directly to the smooth running of our operations and the strong relationships we maintain with advisers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing commission statements received from lenders and providers
- Entering commission data accurately into our Revolution system
- Identifying any anomalies and resolving or escalating them where needed
- Providing phone and email support to advisers and colleagues
- Responding to queries promptly — ideally the same day, or within 24 hours
- Updating team spreadsheets with accurate, up-to-date financial information
- Ensuring all system data is kept current and reliable
From time to time, you may also support additional tasks that help the wider finance team or business. We work collaboratively, and you’ll always have support when you need it.

We’re seeking someone who:
- Enjoys data entry
- Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Enjoys working with numbers and financial information
- Communicates clearly and professionally by phone and email
- Is confident using spreadsheets and able to learn new systems
- Can manage their workload effectively and meet agreed timescales
- Works well as part of a supportive team
You don’t need to have mortgage or commission experience — full training will be provided — but a background in finance administration, data entry, or similar roles would be beneficial.
