You’ll be supporting:

  • Smooth handling of incoming sales enquiries
  • Scheduling and diary coordination
  • Back-office operational workflows
  • Internal communications between teams

We’re looking for someone highly organised, confident communicating with both customers and contractors, and capable of juggling competing priorities. If you’re motivated by structure, growth, and making things happen behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to sales enquiries via email/phone and assist with quote generation and follow-ups
  • Schedule site surveys, allocate jobs, and support day-to-day diary management
  • Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and team leads to keep projects moving smoothly
  • Maintain our CRM system and job tracking tools with up-to-date notes and milestones
  • Provide admin support to the Directors and Operations Manager as needed
  • Assist with job preparation (e.g., materials lists, supplier comms, team reminders)
  • Flag delays, urgent queries, or risks to delivery — and follow up until resolved
  • Support internal communications and assist with customer updates during project lifecycles

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a coordination, admin, customer service or operations support role
  • Excellent communication skills and phone/email etiquette
  • Organised, structured, and able to manage your own workload effectively
  • Confident using cloud-based systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, CRM tools, shared drives)
  • Proactive problem-solver who enjoys “keeping plates spinning”
  • Flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of a growing business
  • Experience in construction/trades admin (ideal but not essential)

The Details

  • Flexible working hours to fit around other commitments (school run, study, etc.)
  • Fully remote, but occasional in-person team catch-ups may be offered
  • Immediate start available
  • Long-term role with growth potential as the business expands

If you’re ready to play a key role in a growing, fast-paced business and you thrive on getting things done behind the scenes  we’d love to hear from you.
