Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and architectures to support our organisation’s data-driven initiatives. Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines for processing structured and unstructured data
- Prepare datasets for analytics, reporting and dashboarding
- Work with the team to improve data quality, validation and automation
- Develop ETL processes and monitor data flows
- Support integration between internal systems and external platforms
- Document code, processes and data models
- Assist in improving database performance and data storage strategies
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Experience with SQL
- Knowledge of Python or another programming language
- Understanding of ETL or data pipeline development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Ability to analyse data and solve practical problems
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
