About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Account Specialist to join our YMCA Awards team in Central London on a fixed term contract. This is a remote role but you must be UK based and have the right to work in the UK.
Our Customer Account Specialists are part of our Customer Operations team. Building strong, positive relationships with our training providers, they answer questions about our products and provide support using our systems and services.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- develop and maintain strong working relationships with customersÂ
- work with others across YMCA Awards and the wider CharityÂ
- communicate confidentially over the phone and in writingÂ
- keep up to date records of correspondence with customersÂ
- process a variety of administrative tasksÂ
