About Us

Our business operates as a small, close-knit team focused on providing high-quality patient care, efficiency, and full compliance with GPhC standards. The working environment is professional yet collaborative, giving our team members genuine autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

We are now looking to appoint an experienced and forward-thinking Superintendent Pharmacist — ideally with Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification or an interest in developing prescribing services — to take professional leadership of our pharmacy operations, governance, and compliance functions.

This role offers flexibility, independence, and the chance to shape the future of a growing online pharmacy business.

  • Promote a culture of patient safety, learning, and continuous improvement
  • (If an Independent Prescriber) contribute to clinical service development and private prescribing initiatives

About You

  • GPhC-registered Pharmacist (in good standing)
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-registration experience (community or distance-selling experience desirable)
  • Strong understanding of GPhC Standards, Medicines Act 1968, and Human Medicines Regulations 2012
  • Experienced in compliance, clinical governance, and SOP management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working within a small, collaborative team
  • Confident working independently and flexibly (including remote oversight)
  • Independent Prescriber qualification (desirable) or interest in developing prescribing services
  • Experience with online or distance-selling pharmacy platforms (advantageous)
