We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our dedicated care team, providing high-quality support to our clients in Loughborough and surrounding villages. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting with mobility and physical needs
- Administering medication as required
- Promoting independence and emotional well-being
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns
What We’re Looking For:
- A kind, empathetic, and respectful approach
- Must be willing to do a mixture of AM & afternoon shifts along with alternative weekends.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training is provided
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check (enhanced level)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings
