Job Description – Care Assistant

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will report to the Senior Care Assistant or Registered Nurse and support with all aspects of care within the home. You will deliver high-quality, compassionate care, ensuring each resident’s individual needs are met.

You will:

• Support Senior Carers and Registered Nurses in delivering excellent care.
• Assist during mealtimes and participate in resident activities to promote relationship-centred care.
• Help ensure care plans are regularly reviewed, updated, and reflective of the care being provided.

You will be:

• Qualified in or working towards NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Permanent, Zero hours
• Pay: £12.60 per hour
