FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
CARING HANDS LEICESTER is seeking experienced, reliable, and committed Senior Domiciliary Care Workers to support adults living in their own homes while providing leadership and guidance to our care team. We deliver high-quality, Person-Centred care across:
Leicester, Loughborough, Hinckley, Derby, Coalville, and Melton Mowbray.
Our main office is based in Leicester.
This is a rewarding senior role where you will support both clients and care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering Person-Centred Care based on individual Care Plans
- Supporting care staff and acting as a senior point of contact
- Providing mentoring, guidance, and leadership to Care Assistants
- Supporting with personal care, managing incontinence, and domestic tasks
- Accompanying clients to appointments
- Preparing meals, drinks, and offering nutritional support
- Supporting clients with medication
- Accurate reporting, documentation, and communication with the office team
Requirements:
- Satisfactory DBS check and suitable references
- A full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle (highly advantageous)
- Previous care experience (Senior/Team Leader experience highly advantageous)
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional approach
- Ability to work independently and support junior staff confidently
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
