FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate public relations strategies to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and third-party partners (including hotels, venues, transportation providers, and tour guides) to coordinate event and travel logistics from planning through on-site execution.
- Discuss business strategies, products, and target audiences with senior management to identify PR and marketing opportunities.
- Represent the company through client meetings, presentations, media interactions, and public events to strengthen United Mice’s brand presence.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, media contacts, and suppliers to promote ongoing collaboration and business growth.
- Handle on-site event management, including troubleshooting and resolving unexpected issues quickly and effectively.
- Develop and implement tools to monitor and measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns and promotional events.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in a field related to events management, public relations, communications, or marketing.
- At least 6 months of relevant event experience (e.g., conference, exhibition, event management).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin — essential for liaising between Chinese-speaking clients and UK partners.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
