About the role
Deliver Salesforce solutions that improve how our clients sell, service and market. You will lead discovery, design scalable architectures, build with best practice, and enable users through testing and training.
What you’ll do
- Run workshops to capture requirements and map processes
- Design and implement Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; configure flows, validation, security
- Build integrations using best-practice patterns and AppExchange tools
- Own backlog, user stories, estimations and release plans
- Prepare test scripts, run UAT, cutover and hypercare
- Coach client admins and produce clear documentation
- Track risks, issues and communicate progress to stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years’ hands-on Salesforce delivery in a consultancy or complex in-house team
- Strong Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience; Flow expert, SOQL basics, data model design
- Solid understanding of roles, profiles, permission sets and sharing
- Confident with Jira/Azure Boards, Git-based version control and CI/CD concepts
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and prioritisation
Nice to have
- Experience with Agentforce, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service or Marketing Cloud
- Integration experience (APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi)
- Apex/Lightning Web Components exposure
- Sector experience in [insert key Brysa verticals if any]
Certifications
- Administrator
- Platform App Builder or Business Analyst (preferred)
- Consultant certs for Sales/Service Cloud (preferred)
