FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Skybod Healthcare Ltd is seeking compassionate, reliable live-in carers to provide personalised care and companionship for clients in their own homes.
This self-employed role allows you to deliver one-to-one, person-centred support, helping clients maintain independence, comfort, and wellbeing. This is a rewarding role for anyone who takes pride in making a real difference in someone’s daily life.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (washing, dressing, grooming)
- Support medication routines and health needs
- Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and safe movement
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings
- Observe and report any changes in wellbeing
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in care (live-in or domiciliary)
- Self-employed with a valid UTR number
- Enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain)
- Right to work in the UK with professional references
- Naturally caring, reliable, and professional
- Bonus: NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or First Aid certification
