Location: London, Bicester Village & Birmingham
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year (gross, depending on experience)

About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a skilled and reliable Electrician & Maintenance Technician to help keep our sites running smoothly and safely.
In this multi-site role, you’ll take on a mix of electrical installation, inspection, repair, and general maintenance tasks across our portfolio. You’ll be ensuring that all our venues are operating efficiently, safely, and in line with UK standards (BS 7671).
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and hands-on work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Electrical Work
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, circuit drawings, and technical specs.
- Install, connect, and test electrical systems and equipment (fuse boxes, lighting, machinery, control panels).
- Terminate wiring using methods such as crimping, soldering, brazing, or bolting.
- Install conduit and trunking systems neatly and safely.
- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations).
- Diagnose electrical faults and repair or replace components as needed.
- Maintain compliance with UK Health & Safety standards at all times.
General Maintenance
- Carry out basic plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
- Handle planned preventive maintenance and respond to reactive issues.
- Support site managers to maintain efficient and safe facilities.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and report on recurring issues.
Multi-Site Support
- Travel between sites regularly to perform inspections, installations, and repairs.
- Manage your time and workload independently.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers when needed to complete site works.
What You’ll Bring
- Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance (commercial or industrial settings).
- Understanding of UK wiring standards (BS 7671) and safe working practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Hands-on practical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with general building maintenance (plumbing, joinery, or mechanical).
- Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Eligibility under SOC Code 5241 – Electricians and Electrical Fitters (visa sponsorship available).
Bonus Points For
- 17th or 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in facilities maintenance or multi-site operations.
- Familiarity with UK Health & Safety and building compliance standards.
