JOB SUMMARY
The main purpose of this role is to provide structured input to drive and develop the analytical efficiency and delivery of Liaison Care’s innovations and system development. This role will require playing a pivotal role in bridging the gap between clinical and technical teams within Liaison Care, translating complex business and user needs into clear, actionable system and process requirements (supporting the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of innovative solutions that enhance care delivery and operational performance.)
The postholder must possess unique combination of analytical expertise, communication finesse, and empathy – someone who can effectively engage with non-technical stakeholders to ensure solutions are both practical and user-centred.
PRINCIPAL TASKS & ACTIVITIES
Including but not limited to:
- Responsible for requirements gathering collaborate with stakeholders across the Care Division to gather and document business requirements and initiatives.Â
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Build relationships with clinical and non-technical users to encourage adoption of new processes and systems.
- Responsible for process mapping:Â support the process mapping workflows in conjunction with internal stakeholders to visualise and support current data processes and identify ways in which to optimize performance and efficiency.Â
- Responsible for gap analysis: undertake gap analysis exercises to assess discrepancies between the current and desired outcome and develop strategies to bridge the gap effectively.Â
- Responsible for solution design: work closely with innovation team to develop solutions to address Care business needs and optimise the productivity and usability of the system.Â
- Responsible for metrics development: work with innovation teams to design and develop key statistics, metrics and reports to measure the success of the new solution and monitor on going performance.Â
- Responsible for data analysis: conduct analysis and testing of Liaison Care including trends and activity metrics to identify key insights and opportunities for improvement. Â
- To support the change management process: To support the Care team to best utilise improvements by effectively communicating with users, undertaking training sessions as necessary and to ensure a smooth and timely transition to the new system.Â
- To work collaboratively with Product and System roles and other key stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aware of topical developments and to report into appropriate forums as required.Â
- To manage and record user acceptance of solutions and measure to report on the benefit of our systems and improvements.Â
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Experience
Essential:
- Experience of delivering business analytics in relation to software solutionsÂ
- Product and service development experience from inception to business as usual, including requirements gathering and refinementÂ
- Experience of defining and refining solutions that solve business, software and data problems.Â
- Proven experience of successful technical programme delivery from initiation to closureÂ
- Proven experience of successful application of continuous improvement methodologies to operational processesÂ
- Experience of building service user confidence and developing positive internal stakeholder/user relationships
- Super-user of Microsoft packages and in particular Excel, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, CRMÂ
- Experience of supporting team members with a view to empowering and upskilling othersÂ
- Experience of providing detailed data analysis, report preparation and collationÂ
Desirable:
- Experience in the Healthcare industry
- Knowledge of the component parts of Continuing Health CareÂ
- Commercial or financial performance experienceÂ
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and associated systems

Qualifications & Training
Essential:
- Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level of evidenced experience.
- Business Analysis qualification.
Desirable:
- MSP/Prince or equivalent project management qualificationÂ
- LEAN six sigma, Agile or similar continuous improvement qualification
