FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview:
You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our clients, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the client’s home and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the client and White Rose Homecare.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Your role would include helping clients with tasks such as:
· Help with personal care (washing and dressing)
· Shopping & meal preparation
· Support with medication
· Support with daily routines
· Respite services
· Socialising and leisure activities
· Helping clients access the community
· Being a friendly face
. Allowing them to access the community (eg. Taking clients to their appointments)
. Promoting the clients’ independence by offering support and guidance

Shifts available:
· Nights / Evenings / Weekends
· Overtime
· Hours available – from 7am – 10pm
· & from 10pm – 7am (block shift)
