Compass Culture and Education is looking for a proactive, articulate, and goal-oriented Education Consultant to join our team!

Responsibilities
- Provide professional consultation and personalised educational planning for parents and students
- Deliver engaging presentations and information sessions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction
- Manage client data and support team decision-making
- Stay informed on education trends and market developments
- Oversee renewals of company accreditations and guardianship-related qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, customer service, or education consulting
- Background in the education sector preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
