FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Various locations across North Lanarkshire
Between 7:00am – 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday
Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? Lilac Heart Homecare Ltd is looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team. We provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them live independently with dignity and respect. Experience preferred but not necessary as training will be provided.
What You’ll Do:
· Provide personal care and emotional support
· Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication, and mobility
· Promote independence and wellbeing
· Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
What We’re Looking For:
· Caring, reliable, and empathetic individuals
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
· Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential – full training provided
