As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to help expand our client base, secure high-value contracts, and strengthen our presence in the Midlands and beyond.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s commercial growth and strategic expansion. This is a high-impact role, ideal for a motivated individual with a proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and negotiate contracts with corporate clients, fleet operators, and automotive dealerships.
  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies tailored to our premium services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Prepare proposals, manage bids, and lead contract negotiations.
  • Monitor performance, track progress against targets, and provide data-driven insights to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, commercial sales, or account management.
  • Demonstrated success in securing contracts and driving business growth.
  • Experience in the automotive or service industryis desirable but not essential.
