FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is a Temporary Commission Basis Only role: for 3 Months You will be working on a basis of £50-200 per sale. This can range anywhere from 1 – 5 sales in a day.
Must Have at Least 3 Years Previous Experience!
Monthly bonus pay up to £1000 will also be rewarded for hard work.
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Telephone/online Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion & previous experience for customer service and a keen interest in online sales. As a Sales Closer, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for our potential customers, ensuring that they receive the assistance they need while promoting our products effectively.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming manner, providing information about products and services.
- Maintain an organised sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Process transactions accurately, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow accurately.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
- A proactive approach to upselling products while maintaining customer satisfaction.
