About us
We are UK’s leading Hair Restoration Clinic in the heart of Manchester, providing hair growth treatments.
We are looking for an experienced sales consultant to join our team (potentially as a Sales Manager Also)
The role available is only for an experienced sales consultant who can do consultations with potential clients.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of senior level sales experience or management experience. The candidate must be living in the UK.
We are looking for a highly skilled and target-driven manager with great experience of medical sales. You will be an experienced candidate able to provide a high level of customer service and care to patients and able to work effectively as part of the team with the other therapists. You will be commercially minded/ sales focused both in terms of following up on customer opportunities and replying to inquiries such as, patient referrals.
You will also lead and manage a team of therapist to provide the best aesthetic treatments, meet clinic targets and ensure excellent customer service standard is delivered every day. This role include’s full management of the clinic. You will be responsible for all KPIs of a clinic manager; sales targets, customer service, complaints handlings, financial audits, team management, recruitment, training and day to day management of the clinic.
We are looking for:
- Sales background
- Result oriented and eager to progress both in career and financially
- Dynamic management, leadership and coaching skills to lead a team to success
- Native level English speaking with strong verbal and written communication ability
- Operational experience with rotas, recruitment, performance management and day to day oversight of an aesthetic clinic
- Articulate with a good telephone manner
- Presentable with a warm and friendly disposition
- Consultative sales approach

- Monthly bonuses, incentives and commissions are also provided in addition to the monthly salary. Up to £1000-3000 a month of bonuses can be given. (OTE £40k – 70k)
