About the Role
We are seeking a Professional Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team. This is a skilled, professional cleaning position — not a casual or temporary role. You’ll take ownership of maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards in client homes and workplaces, working independently, managing your schedule effectively, and presenting a polished and trustworthy image at all times.
Responsibilities
- Carry out thorough cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and sanitising.
- Perform deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and other key areas.
- Manage laundry, bed changes, and general organisation when required.
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently, following health & safety standards.
- Report any property damage or maintenance issues identified during work.
- Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion at client sites.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Having your own car is an advantage (a mileage allowance is offered if you use your own vehicle).
- Previous professional cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred; however, comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organised environment.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates).
