Business Support Manager – Dental Practices

Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Business Support Manager to oversee and streamline administrative operations across our two established dental practices. The role involves supporting management, coordinating staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the business. This position offers flexibility, professional growth, and the opportunity to be part of two reputable and patient-focused teams.

About the Role:

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with flexible working options

Hybrid Work: Option to work from home for part of the week

Visa Sponsorship: Available for suitable candidates

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems
  • Devise and implement efficient processes to improve operations
  • Organise and supervise office activities and administrative staff
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines
  • Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Support financial and business reporting where required
  • Assist in decision-making processes with the management team
  • Maintain excellent communication with staff and patients
  • Travel between both practices as needed (driving licence required)

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in administrative or managerial roles (healthcare experience desirable)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office; dental software an advantage)
  • Professional, approachable, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
