Overview
We are offering a 3-month paid Business Analyst Internship for recent graduates or entry-level candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in business analysis and consulting. During the internship, you’ll assist with requirement gathering, documentation, and process improvement tasks while learning from experienced team members. High-performing interns may be offered a permanent role at the end of the internship.
Duties
- Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Support process mapping, workflows, and basic business modelling.
- Help prepare client reports, presentations, and business cases.
- Contribute to project tracking and delivery support.
- Collaborate with analysts and consultants on client projects.
- Provide research and administrative support for business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in business analysis, consulting, or process improvement.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with business analysis techniques (e.g., SWOT, gap analysis, user stories) desirable but not essential.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent skills/experience).
- Must be based in the UK and eligible to work in the UK.
