As our services continue to grow across the region, we’re actively seeking compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Surrey and surrounding areas.
What We’re Looking For
Are you caring, reliable, and ready to make a real difference? We want to hear from you.
We offer flexible shifts between 7:00am–11:00pm, allowing you to work around your current commitments.
(Applicants must be available for at least 4 weekend days per month.)
To be considered, you should:
- Have previous care experience (preferred)
- Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Be compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Communicate clearly and respectfully
- Work well independently and as part of a team
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting clients with personal care, dignity, and respect
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with meal prep, medication, and household tasks
- Helping with shopping or daily routines
- Engaging in service users’ hobbies and community trips
- Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families

Available Contracts & Shifts:
- Full-time, Part-time, Fixed-term, or Permanent
- 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
- Weekday and/or weekend availability
Location: Visiting clients in their homes across Surrey and surrounding areas
