Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Finance Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting financial decision-making processes, providing insights and strategic guidance to enhance business performance. This position requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies that align with organisational goals.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Support the development of business cases for new initiatives, ensuring robust financial modelling.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and presentations for senior leadership.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential.
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in a finance-related role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
