Our client is currently seeking Day Support Workers to join their team

Location: Glencraig, Holywood, Co. Down
Pay: £12.60 per hour (3-point scale, increases with service)
Hours: 35 hours/week, Mon–Fri (8:30am – 3:30pm)

Our client is seeking to recruit caring and empathetic Day Support Workers to join their team, supporting young adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Support individuals in structured, person-centred day activities (e.g., cooking, arts, farming, literacy, music, sports, and more)
• Promote independence, skill-building, and well-being
• Provide personal care and behaviour support as required
• Work within a holistic, therapeutic environment based on PBS strategies and inclusive values

What You Need:

• 1 years experience
• English & Maths GCSEs (Grade C or above) or equivalent
• NISCC registration (or willingness to register)
