Responsibilities:
- Assist in loft insulation installation.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from worksites.
- Assist the site supervisor in day-to-day tasks.
- Install trickle vents and perform door undercutting as part of retrofit measures.
- Maintain and organise materials, tools, and equipment.
- Follow health & safety protocols at all times.
- Keep the worksite clean, safe, and well-organised.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety practices.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Good physical fitness to handle manual tasks and work in loft spaces.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Full UK driving licence preferred (not essential).
